Shipping & Processing Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details of our shipping and processing procedures below.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped no later than the next business day.


Shipping Details

  • Standard flat rate shipping of $8 for orders under $100 & Free standard shipping over $100. Express Shipping available for $15.
  • We currently ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Please allow 5–8 business days for normal delivery (including processing, shipping, and transit time).
  • Some locations, such as Alaska and Hawaii, may take up to two weeks for delivery.
  • Depending on inventory location, items in your order may ship from multiple locations. In such cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

International Orders

  • We currently do not ship outside the United States.
  • If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to order our products, please contact us via email with your inquiry.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage during shipping.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully for any potential damage. While minor wear on the shipping carton is normal, any damage to the contents should be reported immediately.

To ensure a prompt resolution, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following details:


  • Your order number
  • Your email address, delivery address, and phone number
  • A photo of the damage (taken with your smartphone and attached to the email)
  • Retain the original shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Once we verify the damage, we will reach out to you with available options for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
