Order Processing
- Processing Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
- Same-Day Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
- Standard Turnaround: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be prepared and shipped no later than the following business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Timelines (United States)
- Complimentary Standard Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders over $100.00 USD.
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $8.00 USD for U.S. orders under $100.00 USD.
- Express Shipping: $15.00 USD.
- Carrier & Transit Times: We proudly partner with USPS. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days (processing + transit). Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may ship from separate fulfillment locations to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a distinct tracking number for each package.
Canadian Shipping & Customs (DDP)
We are thrilled to ship to our skincare community in Canada!
- Complimentary Express Shipping: Free on Canadian orders $250.00 USD and over.
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $30.00 USD for Canadian orders under $250.00 USD.
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days via UPS Standard / USPS International.
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): All Canadian import taxes (GST/HST), duties, and customs clearance fees are 100% covered upfront. You will never receive surprise delivery bills or customs handling fees upon arrival.
Australian Shipping & Customs (DDU)
We offer fast, reliable shipping to Australia via DHL Express!
- Complimentary Express Delivery: Free on Australian orders $250.00 USD and over.
- Express Flat Rate Shipping: $35.00 USD for Australian orders under $250.00 USD.
- Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days via DHL Express.
- Billing Currency: All cart totals and shipping rates are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Your financial institution may apply current exchange rates or foreign transaction fees.
- Duties & Taxes (DDU): Australian orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid. Under current Australian regulations, orders valued under AUD $1,000 generally enter Australia free of import duty and GST. Customers remain responsible for any local import fees if assessed by customs.
Return & Exchange Protocol
Due to the advanced, professional-grade nature of our skincare formulations and aesthetic tools, maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards is our highest priority.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, with the sole exception of items damaged during transit.
Damaged Item Protocol
We ensure every order is meticulously packed before leaving our facility. However, should your products sustain damage in transit, our team is here to make it right.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. While minor cosmetic wear on the shipping carton is normal, any damage to the actual products should be reported immediately.
To initiate a damage claim, please contact our support team within 3 business days of receiving your delivery with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Your email address, delivery address, and phone number
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) and the exterior shipping box
Important: Please retain the original shipping box, all packing materials, and damaged items until your claim is resolved, as the carrier may require them for inspection.
Once verified, our team will reach out with a prompt replacement or full refund based on inventory availability.
