Order Processing
We know you are eager to begin your new skincare regimen, which is why our team works diligently to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be meticulously prepared and shipped no later than the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
- Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping of $8.00 for all orders under $100.
- Express Shipping $15
We proudly partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your products. Please allow 5–8 business days for standard delivery (encompassing both processing and transit times). For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Split Shipments: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different inventory locations. If this occurs, your order will arrive in separate packages, and you will receive a distinct tracking number for each shipment.
International Orders
At this time, DIY Skincare Lab exclusively ships within the United States. If you reside outside of the U.S. and are interested in purchasing our advanced skincare collections, please reach out to our support team via email to discuss potential accommodations.
Return & Exchange Protocol
Due to the advanced, professional-grade nature of our skincare formulations and aesthetic tools, maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards is our highest priority.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, with the sole exception of items damaged during transit.
Damaged Item Protocol
We ensure every order is meticulously packed before it leaves our facility. However, should your products sustain damage while in transit, our team is here to make it right.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. While minor cosmetic wear on the exterior shipping carton is normal, any damage to the actual products should be reported immediately.
To initiate a damage claim, please contact our support team within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. To expedite your resolution, please include the following details in your email:
- Your Order Number
- Your email address, delivery address, and phone number
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) and the shipping box
Important: Please retain the original shipping box, all packing materials, and the damaged items until your claim is resolved, as the carrier may require them for inspection.
Once our team verifies the damage, we will personally reach out with a resolution, offering a prompt replacement or a full refund based on current inventory availability.
