At DIY Skincare Lab, we are dedicated to ensuring your professional-grade skincare and aesthetic tools reach you safely, swiftly, and seamlessly. Please review our shipping and return protocols below.

Order Processing

We know you are eager to begin your new skincare regimen, which is why our team works diligently to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be meticulously prepared and shipped no later than the following business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Timelines (United States)

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping of $8.00 for U.S. orders under $100.
  • Express Shipping: $15.00.

We proudly partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your products. Please allow 5–8 business days for standard delivery (encompassing both processing and transit times). For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Split Shipments: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different inventory locations. If this occurs, your order will arrive in separate packages, and you will receive a distinct tracking number for each shipment.

Canadian Shipping & Customs

We are thrilled to ship to our skincare community in Canada! All Canadian shipments are processed as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all Canadian import taxes (GST/HST), duties, and customs clearance fees are 100% covered upfront. You will never receive surprise delivery bills or customs handling fees upon arrival.

  • Complimentary Express Shipping on Canadian orders $250 USD and over.
  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping of $30.00 USD for Canadian orders under $250 USD.
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days via UPS Standard / USPS International.

Australia Shipping

We offer fast, reliable shipping to Australia via DHL Express!

• Express Delivery (2–4 Business Days): $35.00 USD Flat Rate
• Free Express Delivery: Orders $250.00 USD and over

Important Order Details for Australian Customers:
• Billing Currency: All orders, shipping fees, and cart totals are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Your financial institution may apply exchange rates or foreign transaction fees.
• Duties & Taxes (DDU): Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid. You are responsible for any local import fees or taxes if assessed by Australian Customs.
• Duty-Free Threshold: Under current Australian regulations, goods valued under AUD $1,000 generally enter Australia free of import duty and GST.

Other International Orders

At this time, outside of the United States, Canada, & Australia, DIY Skincare Lab does not offer automated international checkout. If you reside outside of the U.S. or Canada and are interested in purchasing our advanced skincare collections, please reach out to our support team via email to discuss potential accommodations.

Return & Exchange Protocol

Due to the advanced, professional-grade nature of our skincare formulations and aesthetic tools, maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards is our highest priority.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, with the sole exception of items damaged during transit.

Damaged Item Protocol

We ensure every order is meticulously packed before it leaves our facility. However, should your products sustain damage while in transit, our team is here to make it right.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. While minor cosmetic wear on the exterior shipping carton is normal, any damage to the actual products should be reported immediately.
