  2. ELIGIBILITY
    The $100 Gift Card Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter.
  3. PROMOTION PERIOD
    The Giveaway begins on August 14, 2026, and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST ("Promotion Period").
  4. HOW TO ENTER
    To enter, subscribe to DIY Skincare Lab® VIP Text Alerts (SMS) during the Promotion Period, or maintain an active SMS marketing subscription through August 31, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person/phone number. Opting out of SMS before August 31, 2026, voids the entry.
  5. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
    One (1) winner will receive one (1) $100 DIY Skincare Lab® E-Gift Card (ARV: $100.00 USD). The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.
  6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
    One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or around September 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified via SMS or email using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.
